Easy does it...
A steeping time of about 2 months is typical, but with every batch using natural products, we taste test to ensure it's had enough time to become smooth, mellow and obtain its rich deep crimson colour. If necessary, we give it more time - you can't rush these things! As soon as the batch is ready, each one is hand bottled and individually labelled to note its batch number, bottle number and ABV%.
