OUR LITTLE SLICE OF FRUIT-BEARING PARADISE

We have a passion for quality. You can't make the finest liqueur with sub-par ingredients and corner-cutting methods. That's why we do everything the old-fashioned way and, with a little patience, the result is thoroughly worth it.

Those with a keen eye may notice that our liqueurs are slightly stronger than the average. They're designed as a mid strength to allow you to get creative with mixers but they're perfectly smooth so you can also enjoy over ice as tradition dictates.

Decadent, devilish and deliciously drinkable.
The damson is the plum's little sister. Sweet and super fruity, they lend themselves particularly well to spirit blending.
We use the sweet Merryweather damson - a variety born just 8 miles away from the family Orchard in rural Nottinghamshire where our story began.
Picking usually begins around the end of September but we're on high-alert long before then to check we're not going to miss any!

Cultivated in Britain since the fifteenth century, the ripening of the humble gooseberry sounds the fanfare fr the beginning of summer. Sweet and perfumed, they produce a delicate, fragrant liqueur perfect for the lengthening summer evenings.

Elegant, refined and refreshing rhubarb.
Rhubarb has long been a staple of the Great British summer. Our aim was to create a liqueur that had a perfect balance between sweet and sharp.
We went easy on the sugar and packed in vast amounts of fresh rhubarb stalks.
Many recipes later, we were delighted to be left with our slightly sharp, authentic fruit flavour. There's not much to beat it on a balmy summer's evening!
